Support
Dart is built by a small team. There's no ticket portal and no chatbot — your email lands in our inbox, a person reads it, and we usually reply within one business day.
Contact us
Email hello@stratfordmeridianlabs.com — include your iPhone model and iOS version if you're reporting a problem. Because the app collects no data, we genuinely can't see what went wrong on your device; a short description of what you did and what you expected helps enormously.
Common questions
Do I need any equipment?
No. Every workout is bodyweight-only. A chair unlocks a few extra moves (step-ups, incline push-ups) and there's a toggle to skip jumping entirely — for downstairs neighbors, or knees having a day.
Does the coach's voice work with the screen locked?
Yes. Start the workout and pocket the phone — the coach keeps announcing moves, position changes, and countdowns. If you hear nothing, check the ring/silent switch and volume; Dart plays on the media channel.
Can I see what's in a workout before starting?
Always. Every generated workout shows its full exercise list — each move, in order, with its time — before you press Start. Tap any move there (or in the Exercises library on the home screen) for an animated demo and a narrated how-to.
How do streaks work? I don't work out on weekends.
Dart's streak is weekday-aware: missing a Saturday or Sunday never breaks it, but weekend workouts still count toward it. Miss a weekday and the streak resets — that's the deal.
Which iPhones does Dart run on?
Any iPhone on iOS 18 or later. Everything — the workout generator, exercise demos, and the coach's voice — is built into the app, so it's small, fast, and works fully offline.
Where is my workout history stored?
On your iPhone, in the app's private storage, included in your normal device backup (iCloud or computer). Nothing is stored on our servers — we don't have servers.
Is exercise safe for me?
Dart offers general fitness content, not medical advice. If you're new to exercise, pregnant, injured, or managing a condition, check with your physician first — and use the no-jumping toggle and the technique library to keep moves within your range.
Beta testing
Dart is currently in beta via TestFlight. If something breaks, the fastest way to help is a TestFlight screenshot report or an email with what you tapped and what happened — we ship fixes quickly.
