Terms of Use

Effective July 19, 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you and Stratford Meridian Labs LLC ("we"), and cover the Dart iOS app and dartworkout.com. By using the app you agree to them — and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all App Store apps.

The app

Dart generates short bodyweight workouts and coaches you through them. We license it to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. During beta (TestFlight), the app is provided free and may change, break, or reset between builds.

Health & safety — read this one

Dart provides general fitness content, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program — especially if you're new to exercise, pregnant, injured, or managing a medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath beyond normal exertion. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and in a safe space; we are not liable for injuries sustained while using the app.

Your content

Dart stores your workout history and preferences on your device only. We never receive it, so we claim no rights over it and can't access, restore, or transfer it.

Reasonable-use things

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it (during the free beta: nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves (for example, when paid features launch). Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Contact & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stratford Meridian Labs LLC is organized. Questions: hello@stratfordmeridianlabs.com.
